WHAT IT DOES: AB 2733 would abolish the unrealistic requirement for handguns to feature micro-stamping technology.

BILL: AB 1931

POSITION: Strongly Support

AUTHOR: Asm. Vince Fong (R-34)

WHAT IT DOES: AB 1931 would make a license to carry a concealed firearm valid for up to 5 years.

YES on 1931!

 

BILL: AB 2888

POSITION: Strongly Oppose

AUTHOR: Asm. Phil Ting (D-19)

WHAT IT DOES: AB 2888 would allow employers, coworkers, mental health workers, and school employees to file secretive and possibly baseless restraining orders that would result in the confiscation of a subject’s firearms without due process.

WHAT IT DOES: AB 2382 would strictly regulate and require background checks for a variety of firearm parts. This would also include 80% lower receivers and other unfinished parts.
