Anthony Kennedy is retiring from the Supreme Court, which means we have the chance to turn the tide of the war on guns!

This is a golden opportunity to reshape the balance of the court. But we can't take it for granted that Trump will nominate the kind of pro-gun justice we need. After all, he nominated Mark Jeremy Bennett, who once argued the Second Amendment has no application to state law, to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

The next person to sit on the SCOTUS could potentially set Second Amendment precedents that will hold for generations to come. Therefore, we MUST encourage Trump to promptly nominate a replacement for Kennedy who will protect, defend, and advance the fundamental, inalienable right of self-defense.
