While we are about as free market as they come in the civil rights advocacy world, this bill is unfortunately needed as many private companies have shown a disdain for our civil rights, particularly the Second Amendment.

S 114 requires credit card, debit card, or processor service companies to allow for the purchase of firearms and firearm ammunition with such services. Essentially, if the business is processing a legal, above the board firearms or ammunition sale, then the company CANNOT discriminate against the FFL or the gun owner.
