HB 2120 will make it more difficult and expensive for young adults to adequately defend themselves using many semiautomatic firearms.

Furthermore, this bill will prevent low-income individuals, including many single mothers and fathers, from exercising some of their Second Amendment rights altogether.

What other constitutional rights could be limited and segmented among free and legal adults over 18? The right to vote? Free speech? Protest? Assembly? Due Process? Speedy Trials? Worship? Equal protection? Privacy? Marriage? Movement? The answer of course, is none. And any type of proposed ban can and should be quickly rejected.
