SB 5062 would ban the purchase, transfer, and possession of so-called "high-capacity" magazines, arbitrarily defined as those that hold more than 10 rounds.
Similar laws have proven to be completely ineffective in states like California, New York, and Hawaii. Now, law-abiding gun owners in Washington could be affected in the same way.
