In an effort to criminalize more things and people, Rep. Paulin has introduced a bill to force certain individuals to surrender their antique firearms, black powder rifles, black powder shotguns, or muzzle-loading firearms.

These firearms are considered antiques under federal law, thus allowed under the GCA for individuals that would otherwise be ineligible to fully exercise their Second Amendment rights.
