HB 35 would put an extreme burden on gun stores by requiring them to verify with the Department of Public Safety that EVERY firearm they purchase isn’t stolen.

To add insult to injury, HB 35 would impose a costly annual fee on gun stores to fund the work performed by the Department of Public Safety, which will of course be passed on the the consumer.

For these and other reasons, please take action now and fight HB 35. Using FPC’s Grassroots Action tools, simply send a message to lawmakers telling them to vote NO on HB 35.
