HB 130 would mandate so-called “safe storage” of firearms in the home. Unfortunately, the devil’s in the details of this bill.

HB 130 would essentially require firearms to be locked/stored away in households with minors. This would effectively restrict you from accessing your firearms when you need them most: to protect your loved ones.
