Constitutional carry is one more step closer in New Hampshire after a Senate bill passed through a House committee. 

The bill is slated to pass the full House. Via Guns.com:

Sponsored by Sen. Jeb Bradley, Senate Bill 12 would repeal the license requirement to carry a concealed handgun. For lawful gun owners who still choose to obtain a license, the bill would increase the amount of time for which the license is valid.

Current law in New Hampshire allows for permitless open carry but requires a license to conceal carry.
