During yesterday's CA. State Assembly Appropriations Committee, SB 464 was passed on to the Assembly Floor. 

SB 464, by Senator Jerry Hill (D), creates costly mandates on licensed firearms dealers by imposing outrageous security requirements that may even be illegal to comply with in the cities they are located in or prohibited by their landlord or business property associations.

This is just one more step to eliminate legal gun dealers in the state and make it even harder for individuals to exercise their fundamental right to keep and bear arms.
