As you already know, so-called “smart gun” technology is technology that would personalize each and every firearm to only one individual user.

Does it even exist? Not yet, but reports are coming out that developers are close to releasing several versions of the “smart” gun that would require the owner wear a watch, a fob, or even have a chip implanted into their hand in order to be able to access the firearm.

The real bad news in all of this is that Congress has a bill that would MANDATE that all handguns manufactured in the United States be fitted with this “smart gun” technology!
