Bill/Issue: VT SB 2 - Legal Transfer of Ammunition Feeding Devices Upon Passing

SB 2 would allow immediate family members to transfer legally owned “large capacity” ammunition feeding devices to other immediate family members upon time of death. This bill will essentially create a “grandfather clause” that ensures that magazines aren’t stripped from the legal owners.
