HB 1024 would require the Department of Licensing to destroy all "copies or records of pistol purchase applications or pistol transfers," and it would prohibit the Department of Licensing from keeping such records in the future.
This would basically put restrictions on government and allow you to exercise your 2A rights without their knowledge.
