HB 3275 would allow law enforcement or an acquaintance to file a petition for gun confiscation against a person. Justifications include any prior involuntary confinement for mental issues and perceived alcohol abuse. At no time would the accused be notified of this petition until the police came to confiscate the firearms. HB 3275 is a clear and blatant violation of your Sixth Amendment rights in order to attack your Second Amendment rights.
