Summary: HB 3265 would make it illegal to possess or manufacture a magazine capable of holding more than the arbitrary amount of 10 rounds. This is punishable with a $2,500 fine, 6 months in jail, or both. HB 3265 will not make any person safer and only seek to endanger or criminalize an otherwise law-abiding person.
