HB 1010 would require Washington state patrol to destroy judicially forfeited firearms that are no longer needed for evidence.
The property of the State is the property of the taxpayers, which is why these firearms should be sold or transferred to law-abiding residents of the State.
Unfortunately, the gun-grabbers will take advantage of every available opportunity to reduce the number of firearms available to law abiding Washingtonians, even if it means they also lose money.
