HB 1691 would criminalize almost any type of interaction with a so-called “undetectable firearms,” making these acts punishable as a Class 5 felony.

This bill is nothing more than a pathetic and misguided attempt by ignorant legislators to “do something,” even though few of them actually understand or can properly define what an “undetectable firearm” actually is.
