SB 8 is in direct violation of both the First and Second Amendments because it would prohibit the public from manufacturing firearms with commonly-used “computer-aided fabrication devices” and possessing/transferring code that is "designed to cause a computer-aided fabrication device to operate for the purpose of manufacturing or otherwise fabricating a firearm."

This Orwellian bill would put freedom in extreme and imminent danger, so it must be stopped at all costs. In order to beat it, we need your help!
