Summary: HB 109 requires that all commercial firearm sales not between two licensed dealers be performed through and in the presence of a licensed firearms dealer. This will force most firearms sales to take significantly longer and slow the transfer of firearms across the state. HB 109 is also a backdoor attempt to invade the privacy of gun owners in order to establish a database highly susceptible to abuse.
