Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) have introduced bills (H.R.2814 and S. 1338) that would directly revoke Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) protections for the firearms industry.

PLCAA protections were put into law to prevent the use of abusive "lawfare" against the firearms industry for the illegal or criminal misuse of their products by bad actors. Anti-gun politicians want to be able to sue firearms, ammo, and accessory manufacturers if a criminal uses their products in the commission of a crime. The goal of repealing PLCAA protections is to attack the supply chain for firearms owners, while at the same time the same anti-gun politicians target home-built firearms and 3D printing. The end goal is to eliminate your fundamental rights by strangling companies with expensive lawsuits.

FPC needs you to use our take-action link below to reach out to your Representatives and Senators. Encourage them in the strongest terms possible to DEFEND PLCAA protections!
