AB 425 is yet another bill that says that all people are not equal. That certain groups of private citizens are superior to other groups when it comes to the purchase and sale of ammunition. AB 425 exempts security officers from having to go through a licenced vendor in order to purchase ammunition. This is just another carve out to meet the needs of “special” interests.
