Due to the budget impasse in Olympia, the state has threatened to shut down (or limit) operations for the DOL Firearms Division, which is the regulatory agency in Washington for all gun shops.

Limiting the operations of firearms retailers amounts to an end run around the Second Amendment and Article 1 Section 24 of the State Constitution.

Holding our individual rights hostage as a monetary bargaining chip is not acceptable!

Please use our take action form and tell the House and Senate leadership in both parties this isn’t appropriate and quit playing games with our rights.
