On December 16, your Firearms Policy Coalition reported first about the so-called "emergency" magazine ban regulations proposed by the California Department of Justice. You can read all of the proposed regulations here.

Then last Friday, the Department of Justice informed us that "Comments for the subject regulations are due by 5:00 PM on December 28, 2016." Importantly, in order for a public comment on this matter to be recognized, it must be submitted to both the Department of Justice and the Office of Administrative Law.
