Oppose Biden’s Unconstitutional Executive Gun Orders!
Your action is needed now! It was announced via a White House Fact Sheet that President Biden will take unconstitutional executive action on firearms. So do your part to oppose these actions NOW!
According to the White House Fact Sheet the Biden administration will engage in the following actions:
- Target stabilizing braces in an attempt to re-classify pistols or firearms into a short-barreled rifle subject to the National Firearms Act.
- The Justice Department will publish model "red flag" legislation so anti-gun neighbors and co-workers can target lawful citizens they may disagree with.
- The DoJ will also issue an annual report on "firearms trafficking" seemingly focusing on 3D printing and 80% receivers as "ghost guns."
- Biden has also nominated Waco siege ATF Agent and anti-freedom activist David Chipman to be Director of ATF
FPC’s legal team will review all unconstitutional executive orders and take aggressive action to protect the rights, liberty, and property of American gun owners. It is still important for you to take action NOW to express your deep concern and opposition with your members of Congress, so that they can put pressure on the administration. Congress MUST assert itself as a co-equal branch of government against President Biden’s unprecedented use of executive actions.
