Yet another anti-gun bill coming out of New Jersey... 

Via NJ News 12: 

A New Jersey assemblyman says that he wants to limit the amount of ammunition a firearm can hold in the state.

Democratic Assemblyman Lou Greenwald reintroduced legislation would limit the amount of ammunition a magazine could hold from 15 rounds to 10.

The bill also designates a semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine capacity exceeding 10 rounds as a prohibited assault firearm.

Greenwald says that his plan will save lives.

"Our nation is in the midst of a gun violence epidemic,” the assemblyman said in a statement. “Now, as we enter a new term with a new governor, we have a real chance to pursue legislation to reduce the number of deaths by gun violence and protect our neighborhoods."
