A little over a month ago, we filed the federal lawsuit Wiese v. Becerra to challenge California’s “Large Capacity” magazine ban scheme and Prop. 63’s total ban on even “grandfathered” magazines.

Now our lawyers will move to block enforcement of the law before the ban’s July 1 deadline.
