Bill/Issue: TX HB 357 - Constitutional Carry

Summary: HB 357 would permit Texans over the age of 21 years old to carry a firearm without the need to acquire a permit or any other requirement. While a clearly beneficial bill, in order for HB 357 to gain our full support we suggest the age requirement be dropped to 18 years old as they are also allowed to carry firearms.
