HB 3240 would ban the possession or manufacturing of any firearms part or device that increased the rate of fire of the semi-automatic. Violation of this law would be punished as a felony and up to 5 years in prison. Meaning that you would no longer be able to own a firearm, all because you possibly used or possessed a lighter BCG or a competition trigger.
