Summary: S 443 would change the definition of antique firearm to be any firearms manufactured 100 before the date of determination. Instead of a stagnant date of before 1898, S 443 would allow for a rolling definition. Meaning that as time progresses more and more historical firearms would not be restricted by federal gun control.
