Stop Senators Dianne Feinstein and Dick Blumenthal's Attempt to Go After Online Firearms Marketplaces

For weeks we have heard whispers that this bill was coming.  After the wait, it has finally been introduced.  Sponsored by Sen. Richard "Dick" Blumenthal and co-sponsored by anti-gun fossil Dianne Feinstein, U.S. Senate Bill 2725 is an assault on the online firearms marketplace.  "In enacting Section 230, Congress did not intend to grant a sweeping liability shield to all companies, including firearms marketplaces, merely because they operate in cyberspace," according to a press release issued by Sen. Feinstein.  Also known as the Accountability for Online Firearms Marketplaces Act, this bill targets peaceful gun owners who use modern tools, such as a virtual marketplace, for buying, selling, and trading firearms, parts, and ammunition.
