TAKE ACTION: OPPOSE California DOJ’s “emergency” magazine ban regulations (deadline: 12/28)

On December 16, your Firearms Policy Coalition¬†reported first about the so-called “emergency” magazine ban regulations proposed by¬†the California Department of Justice. You can read all of the proposed regulations here.

Then last Friday, the Department of Justice informed us that “Comments for the subject regulations are due by 5:00 PM on December 28, 2016.” Importantly, in order for a public comment on this matter to be recognized, it must be submitted to both the Department of Justice and the Office of Administrative Law.

If you aren’t yet an FPC Official Member, please consider joining today and get one of our new “Don’t Tread on Me” tee shirts and a moral patch before they’re gone!

UPDATE 12/28: Your FPC Legislative Advocate, Craig DeLuz, is currently delivering thousands of your comments opposing the proposed “emergency” magazine regulations to DOJ and OAL. Thank you for your voice and support!
