- Directs Oregon DOJ to create and maintain a list of states that recognize Oregon concealed handgun licenses.
- Authorizes the Attorney General to enter into reciprocal agreements if needed to license reciprocity.
- Allows out of state permits to be considered valid if they meet or exceed Oregon requirements.
