SB 5463 is a disastrously anti-Second Amendment measure brought forward in the Washington legislature that would hold gun owners criminally liable for the actions of criminals.

It claims to create "safe weapon" storage and then holds the owners of the firearm who allegedly did not keep the weapon in 
"safe storage" criminally liable for whatever action may have occurred with said firearm.

So if a thief breaks into your home and steals your gun, under this legislation YOU would be held liable for the actions of that thief.

This bill is an outrage. It is an affront to the uniquely American ideas of personal integrity and individual responsibility. 

Send a message to your legislator and tell them to vote NO on SB 5463!
