HB 888 would mandate The Department of State Police to conduct a search of a firearms purchasers' social media accounts available to the public to determine if there is any information that would disqualify the person from obtaining a firearm or require revocation of a currently valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card.
The bill does not describe what would be a disqualifier, but one can imagine that a government bureaucrat could be offended by a number of pro-2A, anti-big government memes, pictures, or statements.
This insane bill must be STOPPED!
