Summary: SB 825 would mandate that any person arrested under felony charges have their DNA collected from them. This collection would occur BEFORE the person is proven to have been guilty of the crime. This will motivate law enforcement to make more felonious accusations in order to invade the privacy of innocent persons. SB 825 is by the book arm twisting of innocent people in order to violate their rights.
