Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a motion for summary judgment in its lawsuit challenging Delaware’s confiscatory ban on all unserialized, self-manufactured firearms, items and materials that may be used to self-manufacture constitutionally protected arms, and the distribution of any files that may be used to program a 3D printer to produce a firearm.
