Bill/Issue: MO HB 40 - “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation

Summary: HB 40 would allow law enforcement and family members to petition a court to have your guns taken away without due process of law. At no time during this process is the accused notified of the accusations or the pursuant firearm confiscation. This leads to a high potential that the accused will be forced into a dangerous situation wherein the police will raid their house, shoot their dog, and slam you to the ground. Missouri cannot allow this bill to become law.
