Summary: HB 173 would expand the location where a concealed carry licensees are prohibited from defending themselves to include any public library. This is just another signal to dangerous people that the library is a soft target and ready for easy criminal activity. HB 173 will leave more law-abiding Missourians unprotected as they seek to better themselves mentally.
