Summary: HP 65 would make it so that buildings constructed near already established and in use shooting ranges can not force a shooting range to shut down due to noise ordinances.

HP 65 is a highly beneficial bill that will prevent anti-gun cities and areas from closing down highly necessary shooting ranges.
