UPDATE: Victory for the Second Amendment! SB 236 failed in committee!

SB 263 prohibits the sale of any semi-automatic rifle that has a detachable magazine and one of a myriad of characteristics (pistol grip, thumb hole, folding stock, bayonet mount, flare launcher, grenade launcher, flash suppressor, forward pistol grip) to adults under the age of 21.

Don't let the Indiana state Senate discriminate against under 21 gun owners.
