UPDATE: Victory for the Second Amendment! HB 1230 failed in committee!

Summary: HB 1230 is an attempt to allow local governments to regulate/prevent the construction of gun ranges. This is yet another restriction to where law-abiding gun owners, and those new to the shooting sports, can safely increase their shooting proficiency and firearms handling experience. This will leave many Hoosiers with less locations to become sufficiently skill at self-defense.
