Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich reacted to the latest terror attack in France after a gunman opened fire on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, killing a police officer and wounding two others.
First, he pointed out that terrorists are finding ways to get guns in the country despite the strict gun laws.
"France has very strict gun laws, except for terrorists, who seem to always be able to get guns," he said on "Outnumbered."
Gingrich said the attacker, who was shot dead at the scene, shot a police officer in 2001 and served 11 years in prison until 2012.
