When will the anti-gunners realize that bad gun laws actually increase the sale of firearms?

Via Fox News:

A California gun shop sees sales of firearms that use bullet buttons to swap magazines skyrocket as new gun laws that will ban those types of weapons loom.

Christopher Lapinski, the operations manager at Last Stand Readiness & Tactical in Sacramento, told Fox 40 Sacramento that he’s seeing more people coming in to buy the gun before the law takes effect.

"The whole anti-gun movement, taking guns from citizens, literally has everyone and their grandmother buying firearms before they can't get them anymore because they want to be able to be protected," Lapinski said.

California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a measure that closes a loophole by banning the sale of such weapons. The move had been praised statewide by lawmakers who believe the bill will curb gun violence.

"California has led in the past. I'm proud it's leading again. We're a model for the rest of the nation," Assemblyman Rob Bonta told the station.

The gun shop is now considering moving the store out of the state because of its strict gun control laws.

"We've looked into having to relocate to a different state, which is a terrible thing because we put money into this state," Lapinski said.
