AZ HB 2247 outright bans bump-fire devices or any combination of parts that are designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semi automatic rifle. Theoretically this could include aftermarket triggers, lighter bolt-carrier groups, and other competition parts. Even rubber bands and belt loops!
This places an undue burden on law abiding gun owners to protect themselves from all threats as they see reasonably fit.
