Kamala Harris will Regulate You Out of a Gun
As we’ve told you before, Kamala Harris and her Department of Justice may have a nasty surprise for gun owners… just in time for the holidays.
They may possibly drop anti-gun regulations at any time to enforce “Gunpocalypse” which was passed in July.
In order to combat Harris overstepping her boundaries as Attorney General, we need to be preparing lawsuits against her when she decides to release them.
But I’m going to be blunt.
If she were to drop new anti-gun regulations on us tomorrow, we DO NOT have the resources needed to pursue legal action against her and the State of California.
These regulations are just like laws as they direct and are enforced by law enforcement.
The main difference: they are passed by unelected bureaucrats in the halls of nondescript office buildings without any public input.
That’s why we need to be ready to SUE the Department of Justice and Kamala Harris when they overstep their authority.
But we CANNOT do that without your help!
FPC is one of the only entities monitoring DOJ and making sure we are on top of any changes that they decide to make.
We expect DOJ to come out with some of the new regulations regarding the anti-gun bills that were passed last July before 2017.
Meaning there might be new regulations governing “assault weapons”, “ghost guns” or ammunition sales out at any point in the next 80 days that takes everybody by surprise if we aren’t on top of them.
But, like I said, if these regulations are released tomorrow, we cannot take immediate action without your help!
We need to ensure that our policy and legal teams are in prime position to take these on.
