ALERT: Gunpocalypse Eligible For Vote On Monday

The California State Assembly can’t seem to follow their own rules… all the while they are making even more rules for you to abide by.
Earlier this week, they voted to allow their version of Gunpocalypse to skip the Appropriations Committee, which is supposed to judge the bills based on their fiscal impact to the State of California.
These bills have an estimated cost of over $4 million!
That is no concern to them, however. Their only concern is sending these bills to Governor Brown as quickly and stealthily as possible!
The bills that skipped the process:
SB 880 (Hall): Bans common and constitutionally protected firearms that have magazine locking devices
SB 894 (Jackson): Re-victimizes victims by criminalizing the failure to report lost and stolen firearms
SB 1235 (de Leon): Now competes with Gavin Newsom’s Safety for All Act/Ammo Ban
SB 1446 (Hancock): Confiscation of lawfully acquired, standard capacity ammunition feeding devices
Now that these bills have bypassed the Appropriations Committee without even a single vote, they will be eligible to be voted on this coming Monday.
We need YOU to get active NOW and let the Governor know that he needs to VETO all 4 of these bills if they make it to his desk.
Not only are these gun bills horrendous, but they have totally skirted the legislative process.
Stop them today! Sign the petition:
I, the undersigned, urge Governor Brown to VETO the bills listed above if they make it to his desk.
