SAN ANTONIO, TX  (July 19, 2022) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that Texas-based goods retailer TACHUNTFISH (THF) has joined FPC’s Constitution Alliance. Through its contributions, THF is supporting pro-rights legal action, advocacy, grassroots engagement, and educational initiatives across the nation, including FPC Law– the nation’s first and only full-scope public interest legal team focused exclusively on the right to keep and bear arms and adjacent rights.

“TACHUNTFISH has always been about protecting our freedom. There is a brotherhood formed by supporting each other in defense of that freedom,” said THF co-owner and co-founder Roque Rodriguez. “We all need to do our part. Today, we are putting our money to work supporting FPC’s legal offensive for Maximal Human Liberty. It’s time for everyone to step up, do their part to support real freedom, and not just line the pockets of these political tools we obligingly refer to as politicians.”

“TACHUNTFISH is a respected brand in the pro-Second Amendment lifestyle community,” said Lauren Hill, Director of Corporate Relationships at FPC. “We are proud to have them stand with us, and truly thank them for supporting FPC’s efforts through the Constitution Alliance. Together, we will have a significant impact in defending individual liberty.”

FPC Constitution Alliance members’ support and contributions are already making an impact. Days ago, FPC filed a lawsuit challenging the unconstitutional New Jersey “Assault Weapons” ban. Additionally, FPC is busy with several new challenges following the Supreme Court ruling in Bruen, including filing an “assault weapons” ban challenge in New York, warning California to comply with the Bruen decision, and heading back to court in Maryland over their “assault weapons ban.”
